Senior Director , Customer Success for Life Science Commercial

We are looking for a motivated, talented Customer Success Leader to join our team. Our Customer Success team is centered around value management ensuring that prospects and customers understand and fully realize the value of our products and solutions. This position requires deep subject matter expertise in commercial life sciences, strong analytics skills, and a proven track record in customer-facing rolls.

You will be working closely with our sales, product and professional services teams and be responsible for:

  • Managing the lifecycle of a customer relationship including sales presentations/ demos, configuration, and ongoing subscription
    • Tailored sales presentations and demos addressing the specific customer needs
    • Scoping, proposal generation and presentation
    • Effective customer-facing program management
    • Gap analysis and requirement gathering workshops
    • Problem-solving
    • Increasing trust with validation and analysis
    • Customer onboarding and training
    • Preparing and leading steering committee meetings with customer teams and executives
    • Production evolution and enhancement management including driving adoption and utilization of new features and functionality
  • Bridging between key customer stakeholders and internal/technical team members
  • Identifying customer-specific business opportunities and contributing to the Verix Product Roadmap
  • Leading end-user engagement sessions including onboarding, ongoing training, customer feedback workshops
  • Relationship building and supporting ongoing account growth

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in life sciences, commercial data, analytics and technology
  • 7+ years of customer success experience managing complex cross-functional projects
  • Proven customer-facing program and account management including communication of detailed project plans and customer strategy execution roadmaps
  • Experience leading/ performing business requirements workshops and analysis
  • Ability to accurately estimate project scope and transform new needs into deliverables
  • Strong level of understanding of the ETL, database/data warehouse, and data architecture components from requirements through deployment with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational and core project management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven relationship-building and maintaining skills with clients and across functional areas
  • Experience with preparing and presenting client-focused presentations
  • Ability to manage and orchestrate training and onboarding sessions, including reference guides material creation, and use-case scenario-based training
  • Results-driven, problem solver, with proven leadership organization and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, industrial engineering or equivalent; MBA an advantage
  • Previous experience with delivering ML and AI based projects is a plus
