Senior Customer Success Manager for Life Science

We are looking for a motivated and talented Customer Success Director, to join our company and work with our customers to assure our customers satisfaction and address their needs utilizing our emerging products.

You will be working closely with our sales team, product and professional services teams and you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the life cycle of the project including multiple aspects such as:
    • Gap analysis and requirement gathering workshops
    • Driving timely deliverables and results
    • Problem solving
    • Increasing trust with validation and analysis insights
    • Customers education, training sessions and post launch evolution and enhancement gathering
  • Bridging between key customer stakeholders and internal/technical team members
  • Resource management of both internal (Verix) and external (Customer) needs
  • Identifying customer specific business opportunities as well as new Verix product capabilities and solutions to business needs
  • Training and onboarding of the user community, where valuable feedback is generated, and users gain exposure to the Verix solution
  • Relationship building and customer account growth


  • 3+ years’ experience implementing commercial operations projects in the Life Sciences/pharma markets
  • 5+ years of customer success experience managing complex cross functional projects
  • Thorough understanding of the project and product life cycle
  • Ability to perform requirements and business needs analysis; create detailed project plans and customer strategy roadmaps.
  • Ability to accurately estimate project scope and transform new needs into deliverables
  • Strong level of understanding of the ETL, database/data warehouse, and data architecture components from requirements through deployment with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational and core project management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven relationship-building and maintaining skills with clients and across functional areas.
  • Experience with preparing and presenting client focused presentations
  • Ability to manage and orchestrate training and onboarding sessions, including reference guides material creation, and use-case scenario based training
  • Results driven, a problem solver, with proven leadership organization and communication skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, industrial engineering or equivalent; MBA an advantage
  • Previous experience with delivering ML and AI based projects a plus
  • East Coast residence preferred
