Verix Discovery Suite Version 2.3

The Verix Discovery Suite version 2.3 release offers key capabilities requested by customers to further enhance access to unique changes in sales performance.  The new release offers even greater ability to interact with key findings the solution presents.  Users can pull the information into Excel and easily work with the findings offline.  Better at-a-glance features enable users to view additional dimensions of the data with a few clicks or compare individual findings to similar groups.  A full list of new features is outlined below.

Measurement Comparison

Users can now get even more insight into the performance of their key measures by comparing them to additional (reference) measures used to drive performance. For example users can compare market share values directly to samples for the same time period to understand the relationship between them.

Information Sharing

Users now have the ability to send events from the analyzer panel within the online application. This means that whenever a user decides they want to share insight with other users they can do it no matter what screen they are on.

Excel Export

Several enhancements have been made which increase the ability to work with Excel.

  • Export event from Analyzer
  • Export additional specified dimensions to be exported

Enhanced Email

Email is the primary method where users are notified that the service has scanned their business area. We are continuing to focus on making the display of events in the email interface intuitive and easy to understand.

  • Better readability – Improvements in the display of the information about the event
  • Better handling of null values – Includes smarter handling of null values in graphs and other areas
  • Improved ability to print emails – This now offers better quality and more platform support

At-A-Glance Enhancements

The At-A-Glance screen is the primary way of interacting with the events. We have made several enhancements to improve the usability.

  • Copy chart to clipboard – Users can now copy the charts to their clipboard so that they can be included in documents, presentations and emails
  • Print chart and signage – Users now have the ability to print the charts in the At-A-Glance screen.
  • Dynamic names in the info tabs – The names displayed for the “info tabs” section are now more dynamic which means they better reflect the data they are displaying
  • Baseline display – Graphs can now display the average of peers in a group as a baseline within a graph. This means that users can see how an individual group compares to the other members of that group as an average.
  • Support for more dimensions – More dimensions are now supported within the dimension display
  • Focused event titles – More specific display of the event information are available
