Support

VERIX offers a 7x24 support program. Software support includes diagnosis and resolution of any problems with software applications, including bug fixes or software repairs. Software support is available 24 hours per day, seven days a week if needed.

The VERIX Support Center is staffed by engineers, specialists, and customer service professionals who can quickly diagnose problems and quickly solve them. Service requests can be made via telephone or email, and VERIX response time is 1 hour for an emergency condition and 2 hours for a non-emergency.

VERIX support also includes customer access to the VERIX Help Desk. The Help Desk is staffed by a team of specialists who can assist customers in the use of their VERIX solution, providing assistance, instruction and tips for application users. Our Help Desk also offers support to any authorized user who needs assistance with usage of a VERIX dashboard, scorecard, and report, programming, passwords, or administration. Help Desk support is offered during normal business hours (8 AM to 5:30 PM PST).
