VERIX (formerly Business Events) NAMED “COOL VENDOR” BY LEADING ANALYST FIRM

Mountain View, CA (March 29th, 2006) – Verix (formerly Business Events) is included in the list of "Cool Vendors" in the “CRM Marketing and Analytics, March 2006” report by Gartner, Inc. Verix created the category now defined by Gartner as “Business Opportunity Discovery.”

Gartner’s review of Verix includes a strong recommendation for companies currently inundated with data or unaware of critical business information. “Business users have numerous solution options to enable them to see data in a certain report format, or to chase a hypothesis through a series of online analytical processing queries.
