Doron Aspitz, President and CEO
Doron Aspitz is a visionary and seasoned executive, with over 20 years of technical and business management experience in growing technology companies in dynamic markets. Doron specializes in building and expanding early-stage companies with a customer-centric approach.
Mr. Aspitz was previously co-founder, chairman, and CEO of Blue Pumpkin Software, a leading workforce management solutions company. Blue Pumpkin received numerous industry accolades for transforming the way companies manage employees and the customer experience. Call Center Magazine awarded Doron with their "Pioneer of the Year" award to honor his industry contributions. Doron drove Blue Pumpkin to achieve strong profitable growth during difficult times and led the company to a successful acquisition by Witness Systems (NASDAQ: WITS) in 2005. Prior to founding Blue Pumpkin, Mr. Aspitz held global business and technical management positions at Tandem Corporation and IBM. Doron received a Masters in MIS and a B.Sc. in Economics and Statistics, both from the Tel Aviv University.
Ted Lubowsky, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Ted Lubowsky is responsible for driving all sales and marketing efforts at VERIX. Ted is a recognized pioneer in enterprise software, particularly in the area of analytics and performance improvement. He was most recently a partner at DMG Consulting, a respected analyst firm covering the performance management and contact center industries. Prior to DMG Consulting, he was Executive Vice President at UTOPY and Envision, both companies that offer performance management for contact centers. Earlier, Ted was Vice President and General Manager at Comverse Infosys (Verint Systems; Nasdaq: VRNT), where he oversaw the dramatic growth that led to the company's Initial Public Offering (IPO). Ted holds a Ph.D. and is a noted speaker, published writer and patent holder.
Amir Ashiri, Founder and Vice President, Customer Success
Amir Ashiri founded VERIX in 2004 and now drives product direction and roadmap as the company's Vice President, Customer Success. Amir brings over 20 years of experience in software development to VERIX. His deep expertise in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Data Mining led him to realize that business users needed a way to harness the rapidly growing amount of data within the enterprise. He founded VERIX with the goal of enabling business users to spend less time analyzing data and more time acting on strategies. His expertise in building and managing some of the world's largest Business Intelligence implementations serves as a valuable touchstone for the company's product design efforts.
Prior to founding VERIX, Amir worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he managed large data warehouses and Business Intelligence implementations for global companies. Amir holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the Hebrew University.
Eitan Cohen, COO, GM Israel
Eitan Cohen joined VERIX in 2007 to oversee Israeli operations. Prior to VERIX, Eitan was COO of CareerHarmony, a fully owned subsidiary of Manpower Inc. specializing in web-based screening and assessment solutions for the eRecruitment market. Prior to that, Eitan served as Managing Director of Blue Pumpkin Software Ltd. Israel after he held various senior management roles in R&D, professional services and customer support for the company's U.S. operations. Eitan was one of the founding members of the professional services organization of Nice Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: NICE) and served as the head of its technical services group in North America. Eitan holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and a BA in Psychology from Tel Aviv University.
Gidi Krupnik, Chief Financial Officer
Gidi Krupnik serves as CFO of VERIX. He is a qualified Israeli CPA with over 10 years of experience in financial positions within technology companies. Gidi joined VERIX from Informatica Israel where he served as CFO. Prior to that, Gidi served for 4 years as Vice President of Finance for Itemfield. At Itemfield, Gidi was part of the management team that led the company from the initial start-up stage through its acquisition by Informatica Corporation. Gidi also help senior finance and operational roles at ECI (acquired by Alvarion) and KPMG.
Gidi holds a BA in Accounting & Economics from Ben-Gurion University and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University where he majored in Corporate Finance.
Haggay Tsaban, Director of Professional Services
Haggay Tsaban is Director of Professional Services at VERIX where he is responsible for ensuring that all VERIX deployments are successful and deliver expected business benefits to customers. Over the course of his career, Haggay has built and implemented sophisticated Performance Management, Analytics, Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions for global corporations across a number of industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Telecommunications and Financial Services. Haggay's deep expertise with vast data sets and his experience working with diverse customers allows VERIX customers to achieve maximum value from our solutions.
Haggay's previous experience includes senior roles within large Consumer Products Goods companies and strategic consulting engagements with EDS and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Haggay holds B.A. in Business Management, Information Systems from HaMichlala Leminhal in Israel.
